The breakfast here is as fresh and delicious as can be. My girl ordered the souffle pancake which was soft and delicious. I ordered the meat lovers omelet which was a legitimate omelet for meat lovers and it came with a side of the best country potatoes I have ever tried. They were crispy, yet fluffy at the same time. The POG juice was also very refreshing and delicious. The only improvement I would recommend for this restaurant is to up portion size of the country potatoes. Wasn't too much on my plate, but overall I'd highly recommend this restaurant for anybody with a good taste pallet. 5 out of 5 in my book as far as quality and taste. 👍
We definitely recommend this restaurant. We ordered the fresh fruit souffle, meat lovers omelet, French toast, side of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs. Everything was amazing! And the employees were all so friendly and caring! We traveled 30 mins just to eat here. We arrived around 11:10am and there was no wait. We parked in the parking garage right next door and had no issues.
This place is outstanding. Our best breakfast in Hawaii so far. Food was brilliant and service was exceptional. We started with a hot chocolate and a POG juice (Pineapple, Orange and Guava) - delicious. Then we both had a lobster Benedict, which was an eggs Benedict with lobster meat, roasted potatoes and salad on a toasted bagel. So delicious. Then we went on to share a Coconut Souffle pancake, this was divine, with lashings of coconut syrup and such a light fluffy Souffle pancake. This was what made it our best breakfast.Highly recommended, we'll be back for sure!!!!
So good! Souffle pancakes are a must. Big portion, and so soft! The coco macnu*t pancake had more cream and was tastier than the fruits one. We also ordered the Hawaiian and Kalua Pork burgers which were both delicious. Fruit juices were also great and very fresh - POG was the best one! We got there at 12:30pm on a Saturday and there was no wait at all. That being said, service was polite and friendly but a little rushed but we found it understandable since we showed up close to closing time they probably wanted to go home for the day. Parking is available in a garage next door called Canterbury Place Parking. Overall the food is worth it!
A few years ago, we had visited this place and knew it could get quite crowded, so yesterday we decided to arrive 5 minutes before opening. However, there was already a line of over 20 groups, so we gave up for the day. The next day, we arrived 15 minutes before opening, and although we were still the 13th group in line, we decided to wait. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we finally got seated. We ordered the Classic Loco Moco and Soufflé Pancakes. It was our first time trying the fluffy pancakes, and despite their large size, they were light and not overly sweet, making them easy to finish.😋05/03/2024We usually see long lines here, so we came at 7 a.m. to be first. However, when the staff arrived, they told us 'Today is cash only,' so we had to rush back to get cash. We ordered the ham eggs Benedict and the macadamia nut souffle pancakes with coconut sauce. The Benedict was pretty good, but the souffle pancakes were flat and not fluffy.Based on my experience from several visits, the food is generally good, but nothing outstanding. The souffle pancakes are inconsistent; sometimes they are fluffy, but other times they are flat and disappointing. Compared to the consistently fluffy and delicious souffle pancakes at the French restaurant, Cream Pot, these pancakes here lack stability and can sometimes be disappointing. Some restaurants, like Eggs 'n Things, use Yelp to avoid long lines, but this place doesn't seem to use it not because they don't want to pay Yelp, but because they want to use the long lines as a selling point. When talking to people in line, I often hear them say, 'I saw the line and decided to check it out. While they usually accept card payments now, there are still days when they unexpectedly only accept cash. It's worth noting that they might suddenly switch to 'cash only' on the day.
