Life Sciences Ontario, in collaboration with Shift Health, Pfizer and adMare BioInnovations, is proud to announce the publication of “Status of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) in Canada's Life Sciences Sector.” This comprehensive report provides insights into progress, challenges, and opportunities for fostering a more inclusive, diverse and accessible industry and is informed by the findings from a national survey of life sciences organizations and focus groups with diverse individuals working in the sector.
