@Xfinity I have spent multiple hours on calls today and still have not been able to just switch a modem between addresses. And every time the call gets close to an hour, the rep wants to call back! This is unacceptable and it seems like your system is fundamentally broken. Why?!

So hey @comcast I reached out to @Xfinity but no answer.Have they had no internet since the Feb. 12 #Portland ice storm too?Yesterday they texted it was on, but no.Maybe they cld hang at Starbucks, get some wi-fi & tell me when they can fix the torn internet cable @ my house?

@AWSSupport I tried the health dashboard but it was down for me. My connections to AWS, my echo dot, and some others. Most things were accessible, but services running on AWS as a rule were down. Based on the reports I saw it looks like Comcast had the problems on their end. Thanks!

Hey @Xfinity, this is the second time this month that you have done "routine maintenance" resulting in a 6+ hour outage of my internet service, interrupting my life. I better not be charged for these hours of downed service.

This is twice in the last 20 days @Xfinity has taken down internet for routine maintenance with no notice or anything. It’s interfering with my ability to get work done and attend meetings. Another 6 hour period of expected downtime.
